Donald L Youngman, 67, of Gardnerville, Nevada, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2008.
Don passed away suddenly in Gardnerville where he and his wife Vicki (Peterson) lived for the past 4-1/2 years.
Don was born in Altadena, California; graduated from North Hollywood High School and resided
in Sylmar for 41 years where he raised daughters, Wendy (Gardner) and Debra (Quintanilla) and was known as "Buddy" to his five grandchildren - Jessica, Brian, Mitchell. Kyla and Tori.
Don was very active in the community and was a proud member of the Lions Club International. He retired from Litton Industries after 32 years. Don and Vicki retired to Gardnerville where he continued his community involvement. His fun loving nature and enjoyment of life and family will be sorely missed by all. He truly was "Unforgettable".
Viewing will be held at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills on Tuesday, February 19,2008, 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with services following at 12:30 p.m. A memorial celebration will be held in Gardnerville at a later date.
