Walter Joseph Lach

Walter J. Lach passed
away Monday in Upland, CA. He is survived by daughter Ana Maguire and
husband Jim, son Walter J. Lach, Jr. and wife Cheryl, daughter Linda
Etheridge and companion Brad Barker, five grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
Walt was born in Tower Hill, PA to Joseph and Anna
Lach. He served with the Army Occupation Forces in Japan 1945-46.
Following his service, he was employed by Tasker Enterprises and
Lockheed Aircraft; then as proposal manager at Litton Industries for 30
years until his retirement.
He was the author of three novels and an
avid golfer. Walt was a loving father and friend who will be greatly
missed by his family and all who knew him. Funeral arrangements by
Draper Mortuary, Ontario, CA (909-986-1131); interment at Bellevue
Memorial Park.
